Challenge:FedEx needed a way to obtain valuable consumer feedback on their new "One-Rate, Two-Boxes, Three-Days" program.
Solution:FedEx decided to conduct a consumer survey with a sweepsatkes overlay in five test markets for their new shipping method. Consumers who used the new one-rate box in Baltimore, Boise, Memphis, Miami and Portland were directed to the sweepstakes URL http://onerateboxsweeps.com/ via instructions printed on their sales receipts. Once at the site, they were asked to answer 5 multiple choice questions before submitting their personal information to enter to win.
